Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RMT Anna Autoreply processes information received through the Instagram API for the professional Instagram account rmt_anna.
Information processed
- Instagram-scoped user ID and username.
- Comment ID, comment text and related timestamps.
- Status of the public reply and private reply.
- Webhook payloads and technical logs used for security, diagnostics and duplicate prevention.
How information is used
- To detect configured keywords in comments.
- To publish an automated response under a matching comment.
- To send one private reply to an eligible commenter.
- To prevent duplicate private replies to the same Instagram user.
- To maintain security, reliability and troubleshoot errors.
Information not collected
The service does not collect Instagram passwords, payment card data or precise location data.
Sharing and sale of information
Information is not sold. It is processed only through Meta and Instagram services and the hosting infrastructure required to operate the automation. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security of the service.
Data retention
Records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, prevent duplicate replies, maintain security and satisfy legal obligations. Valid deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Security
Access tokens and application secrets are stored in protected server environment files. Access to the server and stored records is restricted to authorized administrators.

You may request deletion of information associated with your Instagram account by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
